Are my items in stock? 

If you are happy with a random fabric and colour selection  we have many of our smaller gifts in stock.

what if i want different fabric/colour options?

Please use the contact us form to request specific fabric/colours of your selected item. 

How long will it take to get my order?

If an item is in stock then we will post out the next working day (Monday-Saturday) using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For made to order items or items with personalisation please allow 14 days from order date for despatch, we will keep you updated with your order progress and date of despatch.

At busy times, Easter and Christmas for example, extended delivery times will apply. The last posting date will be in line with published Royal Mail delivery cut off times.

Are your items really all handmade?

Absolutely! Nothing is bought in to retail directly. Where we use fixings and findings these are purchased to add to our items.

Can I return/receive a refund for an item?
